Howard Samuels, CPA

Howard Samuels is a CPA and is the lead partner in S&C LLP. Howard has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Pace University in New York City and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Syracuse University. Howard has been practicing accounting and tax for approximately 19 years.  Howard’s experience includes five years with Ernst & Young (a Big 4 accounting firm), five years with KPMG LLP (another Big 4 accounting firm) and four years with Anchin, Block and Anchin (a medium sized accounting firm). Howard was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP and left to start S&C LLP.  Howard is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), NYSSCPA (NY State Society of Certified Public Accountants) and NJSCPA (New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants).

S&C LLP is a certified public accounting firm with offices in Manhattan and Fairfield, New Jersey. Its partners are comprised of previous Big 4 accounting firm senior executive managers. S&C assists it clients with various aspects of accounting and taxes for medium and small businesses, sole proprietors and freelancers, high net worth individuals, and non-for-profit foundations and charities. At S&C, we assist clients with everything from individual and business taxes to bookkeeping and accounting services.
